Privacy policy

For the owner who signs in: name and email address. For each business: its name, ABN, address, and the names of the people who work there with the locations they work at. If you allow notifications we store a device token so we can remind you of checks and expiries.

The owner of a business sees its people and records. Employees do not sign in; they pick their name from the business's list when they record a check. Zenith staff see business details to help set them up and never change a business's records.

In Sydney, Australia: the database with Neon and the API with Vercel. Sign-in is handled by Clerk. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.

Profile, then Delete account removes your sign-in and contact details. Records you made for a business stay with it under your name.
